1.What is Stylishkudi's Return Policy? How does it work?

1.1 Returning Products

We offer a hassle-free return process on all our products. Simply reach out to us at care@stylishkudi.com or contact our customer support at 7303448707 (available from 11 AM to 6 PM) within 72 hours of delivery.

We provide a convenient pickup service for returns at a nominal charge of INR 60. Alternatively, you’re welcome to ship the item to us at the following address:

To ensure the product reaches us safely, we recommend using a trusted courier service when shipping on your own.

 

1.2 Refund Processing

·       A quick quality check would be carried out post which returns would be accepted and refunds initiated.

·       In case of orders where payment has been made through cash on delivery, only store coupon will be provided. In case of prepaid orders , the entire amount will be refunded.

 

1.3 EXCHANGES

Need a different product or want to swap for something else you love? No problem! You can exchange your purchase from www.stylishkudi.com for the same item or another one—based on stock availability.
